The Mind

The Mind is more than just a game — it's an experiment, a journey, a team experience in which you can't exchange information, yet somehow become one to defeat every level together.

The deck contains cards numbered 1 to 100, and together you must play them into the centre of the table in ascending order. The catch? You cannot communicate with one another in any way about which cards you hold. You simply stare into one another's eyes and, when you feel the time is right, play your lowest card. If nobody was holding anything lower, the game continues. If someone was, every card lower than the one played is discarded — and the team loses a life.

Complete a level and you move on to the next, with each player dealt one more card than before. Along the way you'll earn shurikens — throw one and every player discards their lowest card, giving the whole team precious information. Lose all your lives and the game is over; complete every level and you win!

Fancy an extra challenge? Play in extreme mode, with every card played face down — you don't check the pile until the end of the level.
